Application Information
Never
Underestimate the Difference You Can Make....
Interested volunteers should print out and
complete the application. The application can be sent to
Chandler Regional Hospital.
When we receive the application, we will
invite you to attend an orientation meeting. Orientation
meetings are held monthly for approximately three hours. If
you are interested in becoming part of our team, an interview will
be scheduled so we may place you in a position of your
interest.
All volunteers must provide results of a
current TB skin test or agree to have the test administered.
We are required to give you a TB test each year for as long as you
are a volunteer. In addition, we will schedule you for a
basic health testing and ask for a copy of your immunization
record.
Prospective volunteers are provided with
orientation and training to enable them to make an informed
decision on their volunteer service. The goal of the orientation is
to help volunteers feel more comfortable and competent in their
service. Remember, the minimum age for volunteering is
14.
