What can I do as a volunteer?
Chandler Regional Hospital's volunteers work
both in the hospital and serve the community. Our volunteers
assist staff in providing extra services to our patients.
Services include:
Hospital
Volunteers:

Assist staff and patients on all nursing floors

Act as a liaison between families and staff in the surgery
waiting room

Greet and assist visitors and patients at the Information
Desks

Transport visitors to and from the parking lots

Deliver supplies from the pharmacy to the nursing stations

Provide clerical support to various departments

Assist in the Gift Shop
Community
Volunteers:

Help families in need during the holidays with gifts and food

Supply clothing and household items for migrant workers

Conduct a "Sibling Class" for children anticipating a new
baby brother or sister

Provide holiday stockings for new babies, knit baby caps, sew
animals for children treated in the ER
