Diane Abraham, Ph.D., C.F.R.E., and C.S.E.P., is the Vice President of Philanthropy and President of CHW Foundation – East Valley. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of Foundations for Theda Clark Medical Center Foundation, Appleton Medical Center Foundation, and Community Hospice Foundation, all independent foundations and volunteer services supporting the mission and vision of two hospitals and the hospice facility of Theda Care Health System.
Diane received her doctorate in leadership studies from Marian University in Wisconsin, and Master in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin. She has served in various leadership roles in community organizations, including a board position with the women's fund for the Fox Valley Region and has been involved with the United Way, economic development councils, emergency homeless shelters, Rotary International, Fox Valley Estate Planning Council and Association of Healthcare Philanthropy.
