Immunization Clinics

Chandler Regional Medical Center's Community Outreach Immunization Program, in collaboration with Arizona's Vaccine for Children Program, sponsors free immunization clinics for children, as well as low-cost immunizations for adults. The dates and locations of these clinics can be found on the Maricopa County Childhood Immunization Partnership site, or you may call:

  • Children Vaccine Hotline 24 hours a day at (480) 728-3777
  • Adult Vaccine Hotline 24 hours a day at (480) 728-2004

Who qualifies for free immunizations?
All immunizations for children are free. This includes children under age 19 who are covered by AHCCCS, those who do not have insurance or those whose insurance does not cover immunizations, or are American Indian or Native Alaskan.
To find out if the Herpes Zoster (Shingles) vaccine is available at any of our upcoming clinics, please call (480) 728-2004

What do I need to bring?
You must bring your child's immunization record and any letters from their school so we can determine which immunizations need to be given.
