Renea Brunke is Director of Human Resources for Chandler Regional Medical Center, and is responsible for talent acquisition, workforce development, employee health and welfare, and workforce engagement. She brings broad skills in human resources operations, organization and staff development, and employee relations gained through more than 20 years of experience in healthcare human resources. Under her leadership, Chandler Regional Medical Center garnered local recognition as the “Best Places to Work in the Valley,” Ranking Arizona, and the American Heart Association for its Workplace Fitness Innovation and as a Gold Start! Fit Friendly Company.
Renea received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University and her master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Siena Heights University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Arizona Society for Human Resource Management, and is certified in Total Quality Management/Continuous Quality Improvement through the University of Michigan and Train-the-Trainer through Western Michigan University. Renea served on the board of directors for the United Federal Credit Union in Michigan prior to relocating to Arizona.
