HealthGrades is the leading healthcare ratings organization that provides ratings and profiles of hospitals so consumers can make healthcare decisions based on the quality of care. HealthGrades rates hospitals in a variety of ways including: complication and recovery ratings, medical procedures, diagnosis accuracy and award recipients.

The Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems or HCAHPS® Hospital Survey provides a standardized survey that measures patients' perspectives on hospital care. Hospital Compare allows consumers to see how hospitals performed in the HCAHPS® survey and how they compare to other hospitals.
