The primary mission and function of the Clinical Social Work Department is to identify and provide services to patients at Chandler Regional Hospital, Ambulatory Centers and the community who have significant psychological, social, emotional, financial, educational, cultural and/or spiritual needs.

The Clinical Social Workers will evaluate the needs of patients in relationship to their hospital admission, diagnosis, prognosis, medical treatment, discharge, continuing care needs and/or the associated costs of care.
