• Outpatient Registration
  6 a.m. - 7 p.m., Monday through Friday
  5 a.m. - 1 p.m., Saturday

• Surgery Room Registration
  5 a.m. - 3 p.m., Monday through Friday
  Please call 480-821 3093 to contact the Surgery Room Registration office

• Obstetrics B Registration
  7 a.m. - 3 a.m., 7 days a week

• Emergency Room Registration
  24 hours a day, 7 days a week

• Inpatient Registration -in entrance B- Utilize outpatient registration or go to E.R.
