Your Hospital Bill

Many insurance plans do not cover the entire hospital and/or doctor bill. If this is the case with your insurance plan, you are responsible for paying the rest of the bill. We will help you determine the amount you need to pay and arrange for a convenient way to pay your part of the bill.

For information about paying your portion of the bill before surgery, please call Patient Financial Services at (480) 728-4300. We will also help you work out a payment plan if you do not have insurance.
