According to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, approximately 40 million people in the United States suffer from chronic long-term sleep disorders each year. Sleep is essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and lack of it can leave use feeling worn out, stressed and unable to function normally. Fatigue can often affect your work, and can carry over into your leisure time with your family. Patients who suffer from sleeplessness, snoring or daytime sleepiness may have a sleep disorder and should be referred to a sleep medicine specialist. In most cases, sleep disorders can be easily managed once they are properly diagnosed.

Mercy Gilbert Medical Center's Sleep Center has successfully combined clinical expertise with pleasant, relaxing surroundings to help put your mind at ease. We provide prompt scheduling, as well as a timely turn-around with test results and follow-up. Upon arrival, you will be offered an array of light snacks and beverages. Each room inlcudes amenitites such as:

  •  Full size beds with adjustable elevation;
  •  Flat screen TVs offering premimum channels;
  •  Ceiling fans; and
  •  A private shower.

All sleep study patients are closely monitored by a trained sleep technologist throughout the night. In the morning, patients are provided with a full continential breakfast before starting their busy day.
