Diagnostic Imaging

Diagnostic Imaging provides patients with some of the finest radiology technology available. Patients and their doctors will find both inpatient and outpatient radiology services, and can rest assured their testing and diagnoses are in the hands of certified technologists and board certified radiologists.

Radiology tests provided through Diagnostic Imaging include:

• Diagnostic and therapeutic interventional radiology
• General and obstetrical ultrasound
• Mammography
• MRI
• Multi-slice CT scanners
• Nuclear medicine 
• Vascular ultrasound
• The Picture Archiving Communication System that allows for digital, online image procedure reading

Diagnostic Imaging is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Walk-in appointments are available for certain types of diagnostic radiology tests. Patients may bring their doctor's order and insurance information to the Admitting Desk, located inside the main entrance of the hospital. Patients may walk in between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., any day of the week. Please note that Tuesday through Thursday tends to be less busy for same-day testing.
