The vision of Catholic Healthcare West's Cardiovascular Research Center is to develop a cardiovascular research program driven toward patients who require additional treatment beyond the normal standard of care. We will achieve this by developing programs for angiogenesis, myogenesis, gene expression for personalized medicine, monitoring of progression/regression of atherosclerosis, and percutaneous treatment of structural heart disease.
