From a bad cough or a serious sprain, to a case of the flu or asthma. It may not qualify as a life-threatening emergency, but it may require immediate attention. At CHW Urgent Care, you're seen and treated as soon as possible by a registered nurse and a board-certified physician with the right expertise and resources. Our centers are also designed to care for pediatric patients, as well as more serious conditions. On site radiology and laboratory services are available for urgent care patients in addition to the outpatient services indicated below.
In addition to caring for your family when the need arises, CHW Urgent Care in Queen Creek also provides an outpatient laboratory and diagnostic radiology services. An order from your physician is required for all outpatient laboratory and radiology services.
: Laboratory: The laboratory is open every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Walk-ins are accepted.
: Radiology: Radiology services are available every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Walk-ins are accepted.
Urgent Care centers are open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., every day of the year, including holidays.
