The Medical / Surgical Department, comprised of 85 private patient rooms, provides services and care for inpatients in the acute stage of suspected or known physiological compromise.

Our services include diagnostic and therapeutic interventions delivered by a nursing staff providing safe, proficient delivery of treatment necessary to meet the patient's physical and emotional needs. 

The process encompasses:  

• Evaluation of patient care
• Interventions and outcome identification
• Nursing diagnosis
• Patient assessment
• Planning implementation

The patient's physiological, psychological, educational and social needs are incorporated as an integral part of their care.
