Heart Evaluation

Our comprehensive heart evaluation expertly combines diagnostic expertise with preventive medicine. A visit may include:

• An appointment with a board-certified interventional cardiologist, who will arrange:
• • A same-day appointment for a calcium scoring exam to identify the presence of calcified plaque in the arteries, as well as a cardiac computed tomography angiography to identify the presence of soft plaque in the arteries.
    
    
  • A comprehensive blood lipid and glucose panel, in addition to completing the HeartAware™ online risk assessment to help determine your employee's risk for developing heart disease.

Approximately 24 hours of your examination, employees will receive a complete verbal report of your results. Shortly thereafter, a more comprehensive summary of our findings will be sent via mail to both the employee and their primary care doctor. In addition, we will follow-up with the employer to let you know the executive screening is complete.
