David Kells, M.D., attended medical school at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and completed his internship and residency in OB/GYN at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, Ariz. Dr. Kells is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Kells is past president for the East Valley OB/GYN Society and has received a Faculty Teaching Award at the Maricopa Medical Center OB/GYN Resident Training Program. He was the chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Chandler Regional Medical Center from 2003 to 2006.
Currently, Dr. Kells is the chairman for the Interdisciplinary Quality Review Committee at both Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert Medical Centers and is a member of Dignity Health's Perinatal Risk Management Committee. Dr. Kells is on the Physician Advisory Board of Dignity Health's East Valley Office of Continuing Medical Education.
